AN ARTISTIC LEGACY

Unveiled in 1908, 140 West 57th Street was a rare offering of purpose-built studios where artists could live and work among the city’s globally important galleries and museums. For more than a century, this landmark has anchored one of the city’s most important blocks, its façade a testament to authentic New York City architecture.

Today, that commitment to authenticity continues. The building’s distinguished exterior has been meticulously preserved—every detail honored, every proportion maintained.

STEPHEN SILLS ASSOCIATES

For four decades, AD100 design firm Stephen Sills Associates has created exquisite interiors that exude timeless style.

At Parc Beaufort, this expertise shapes 47 residences where restraint becomes its own form of luxury. The firm’s approach is sensitive to the architecture, function, and history while creating residences with a chic backdrop for sophisticated, cosmopolitan living. The palette speaks quietly: white oak, polished nickel, Emperador marble, Alabastrino travertine. This is design that is beautiful, elevated, and fresh, respecting the building’s heritage and embracing the spirit of today.
